Blue Torch FabWorks, Inc is always on the look out for quality people.  If you are interested and have the skills it takes email your resume to btf.jobs@bluetorchfab.com.  We are looking for people who have a proven track record of fabrication skills, welding skills, sales ability, etc…  When I say a proven track record it can be pictures from builds you have completed,  links to build forums you have contributed to, or whatever it takes to prove your case against all of the others who apply.

People we are most interested in talking to at this time are:

Production Welders
Must be an experienced MIG welder- Experience includes at least 5 prior years welding experience, and/or having previous production welding jobs in the past as well as certifications.  Welds must be in uniform pattern and not have splatter, holes, gaps, bubbles etc…
Production Welders are responsible for assembling/producing our mainline parts.- This includes tack welding, seam welding, and finishing.
It also can include, but not limited to: prep work for custom fabrication jobs, minor mechanic work, shop clean up etc….

Custom Fabricators
Must be an experienced MIG and TIG welder- Experience includes at least 5 prior years welding experience, and/or having previous fabrication jobs in the past as well as certifications.  Must be able to TIG aluminum.  Welds must be clean and uniform with no splatter, holes, gaps, bubbles etc…
Custom Fabricators are responsible for designing and assembling custom chassis as well as miscellaneous custom fabrication projects.  Must have prior tube bending experience including but not limited to: roll cage design, custom frame design, knowledge of various tube bending software etc…  Must be able to bend cut and form sheet metal including but not limited to custom hoods, body panels, roofs, floor panels, firewall panels, custom dashes etc…
Must have knowledge of how suspension cycles as well as be able to set up custom links, and mount all suspension components.
