The BTF Jeep TJ Cage Kit is fabricated from DOM tube. DOM tube means Drawn Over Mandrel seamless tube. The tube size used for the cage is 1-3/4" x .120" DOM on the main structure and a few tube gussets made from 1-1/2" x .120" DOM. The cage kit features laser cut brackets for the cage feet and dash tie in plates. The cage is going to be offered with options to help keep the starting cost down. The options will be listed below in drop down boxes and will also note the price there.
The BTF Jeep TJ Full Cage Kit includes the following: 1- BTF Jeep TJ Dash Tie In Kit. 2 - B Pillar plates, 2 - C Pillar Tie plates, 1 - cage tube kit, 4 - tube gussets, 1 - windshield tie in bracket set, and 1 - tube sleeve for the B hoop.
The options listed below are pretty simple. The Seat Bar is a tube with two bends to go around and behind the driver and passenger seats. You can connect seat harnesses to this tube. The Seat Belt Bracket Kit includes 8 CNC machined weld in bungs for your factory seat belts to bolt in. The Frame Tie In Kit includes the parts needed to tie the "B" hoop to the frame. On the front pillars we normally bolt into the steel rocker guards. If you have any questions or concerns please let us know.
