Product Description
BTF's RZR Aluminum Tie-Rod kit is built for abuse. It is designed to be direct replacement for the stock set up and allow the use of quality 5/8" x 5/8" "heim" style rod ends at each end of the 6061 aluminum tie-rods. A custom machined clevis from 1.5" solid cold roll steel threads into the factory steering rack allowing a rod-end to be attached. The knuckle end of the tie-rods use high misalignment spacers to prevent any sort of binding during the suspension cycle.
Note: knuckle must be drilled out to use a 1/2" bolt.
