Blue Torch FabWorks, Inc has fast become the leader in the industry in production built full tube chassis.  The Fusion Chassis is designed to use a Jeep TJ hood and grill.  The Chassis is fabricated from 1-3/4" x .120" DOM tube for the main structure.  Some of the secondary bracing includes 1" and 1-1/2" DOM.  The chassis includes a front winch plate.  The winch plate is CNC laser cut from 1/4" plate.  The standard Fusion Chassis can easily be set up for wheel bases ranging from 102" and up.  The chassis was designed to be able to use what ever axle you want including MOG 404's, Rockwell Axles, and any other standard straight axle.  The minimum track width (wheel mounting surface to wheel mounting surface) for this chassis runs around 64 inches.  The chassis can be ordered with a few different options.  The picture includes the grill hoop, but this part is an option.  The support bars behind the seats are tacked in place when shipped to allow the home builder the option to move them for seat placement.  More information coming very soon on this great product.  This part is freight ship only.  Please call the shop for shipping quote.  This online shopping cart can not figure the shipping for this part.  THIS PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE THROUGH OUR DEALERS AT THIS TIME.  CAN ONLY BE PURCHASED DIRECT FROM BTF.
