Metal Fabrication is something we specialize in at Blue Torch Fab every day. In order to provide our customers with the top notch, high quality finished product they have come to expect, we need quality tools to get the job done well and efficiently. We chose Baileigh Industrial equipment in our shop because of the quality each of their tools produce. For cutting material we use the Baileigh CS-350M manual cold saw. Cold saws are really the only way to go for us because they eliminate metal dust, sparks, and heat generated from the blade cutting through the metal. No waiting for the metal to cool, we can begin working with the cut piece immediately. We also use the Baileigh RDB-250 tube bender. With its programmable computer making bends again and again is easy with just a few touches of a button. The RDB-250 is fast and easy to use, allowing us more time to focus on the job at hand.
